We are pleased to announce the introduction of the FACTS Payment platform at our school, in line with the latest Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) messaging and our ongoing commitment to providing families with modern, user-friendly solutions.
The FACTS Payment platform offers several benefits designed to make managing school fees and payments easier and more transparent for our community:

- Flexible Payment Options: The platform provides a range of payment plans, so you can select the schedule and method that best suits your household budget and preferences.
- Real-Time Transparency: FACTS gives you up-to-date information on payment history and upcoming fees, ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of unexpected charges.
- Secure and Reliable: Your financial information is protected by robust security measures, giving you peace of mind when making payments.
- Enhanced Communication: Automated reminders and notifications help you stay on top of due dates, so you never miss a payment.
FACTS is part of BCE's commitment to improving school administration and supporting families with practical solutions. We encourage all parents and carers to register for the platform and take advantage of its many features. Information on how to enrol and set up your account will be provided over the Christmas break.
To facilitate the change we will be transitioning to annual fee invoicing but we will continue to provide statement updates each term for your information.
