Any successful applicants will:

(a) Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education;

(b) Have accreditation, or be eligible for accreditation, to teach Religion in a Catholic School;

(c) Be willing to participate in College events and activities;

(d) Be flexible and forward thinking in their approach to classrooms;

(e) Be fully conversant with current best practice in learning and teaching. For BCE employees, this is demonstrated practice and understanding of the Expected and Effective Practices of the BCE Model of Pegadogy. For all other applicants, this is demonstrated knowledge and application of the model of pedagogy used in their school and an understanding of the BCE Model of Pedagogy.

(f)  be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
